Condition and terms
(1) Packaging, transportation, insurance and other incidental expenses shall not be included in the price, and shall be billed separately. Any charges, taxes, customs duties or other lavies in connection with delivery shall be borne by the customer.
(2) Major unforeseeable operational disruptions, delays in delivery or non-delivery by our suppliers, as well as operational interruptions owing to a shortage of raw materials, energy or workers, strikes, lockouts, traffic disruptions, our suppliers shall cause the delivery deadline to be postponed by the duration of the hindrance to performance, insofar as such events are relevant to our ability to deliver the goods. We shall without undue delay notify the customer when such hindrances begin and end. If delivery is delayed by more than one month as a result thereof, both we and the customer shall be entitled, with the exclusion of damage claims, to rescind the contract in respect of the quantity affected by such disruption to delivery.

14-day exchange policy, 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Exchange request can be made once only per order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, including manufacturer full
packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Receipt are Needed.
6 month Warranty, NOT covered by warranty:
Damage caused by contact with objects such as stumps, rocks, etc.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Parts, hardware, accessories that were lost or have gone missing AFTER receiving your shipment.
